Talky-Talk Tuesday Back on Track

The power was miraculously returned on Sunday afternoon-day 13. Since that moment, I have been doing my best to return us to our normal ways. We’ve been on a pretty steady diet of wine and refined whites around here these last two weeks and exercise has been minimal at best. I know what I’m doing, watch and see. Then share what you do when you find yourself off track and desperately needing to get back on.

    YAY!!!!! I am so glad to hear that you are restored! Best news of the day!!! As you know, my body reacted adversely to the stress…. a complete bummer, but a real wake-up call. I think what is most important to me is to remember how I pleaded with myself to have the back pain go away…. I swore i’d eat healthy…. I swore I’d take better care. Now, back to normal too, I need to remind myself of that promise I made to myself.
